Peace of Mommy Encapsulation strives to provide flexible and fair cancellation and refund policies while reserving appointment availability for each client.

Local Placenta Encapsulation

• Total service fee: $375

• A $150 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

• $75 of the deposit is non-refundable because it covers scheduling, administrative costs, and reserving your place on our calendar.

• If your placenta becomes unavailable (for example, retained by the hospital or sent to pathology) or you cancel before pickup, the remaining $75 of your deposit will be refunded.

• Once your placenta has been picked up or processing has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Nationwide Placenta Encapsulation

• Total service fee: $475

• A $250 deposit is required before a shipping kit is mailed.

• $125 of the deposit is non-refundable to cover scheduling, shipping supplies, shipping costs, and administrative preparation.

• If services are canceled before your shipping kit is used, you must contact us to get a new return shipping label to send us the shipping kit back. Once we receive the kit, the remaining $125 of your deposit will be refunded.

• Once your placenta has been shipped to Peace of Mommy Encapsulation or processing has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Shipping Delays

Peace of Mommy Encapsulation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, hospital procedures, or other events beyond our control.

If a placenta arrives in a condition that makes processing unsafe because of delayed shipment, improper storage, or failure to follow shipping instructions, services may be declined.

Add-On Products

Customized keepsakes, tinctures, salves, prints, and other personalized products are non-refundable once production has begun.

Payment

Any remaining balance must be paid before:

• Local hospital pickup; or

• Shipment of your placenta for Nationwide services.

Failure to submit payment may delay or cancel services.
