Photography & Media Consent

To protect our clients’ privacy, Peace of Mommy Encapsulation will not photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images or recordings of a client’s placenta without the client’s prior written consent. Photography or video consent is separate from the consent provided for placenta encapsulation or other placenta services. Purchasing or receiving a placenta service does not automatically give Peace of Mommy Encapsulation permission to photograph or record the placenta. Optional Placenta Processing Video — $25 Clients may request a video of their placenta processing for an additional $25 fee. This video is available only when requested and paid for by the client and does not happen automatically. By purchasing the $25 video option, the client gives Peace of Mommy Encapsulation permission to record their placenta for the purpose of creating their requested processing video. The video is provided directly to the client and will not be publicly posted or used for promotional purposes unless the client provides separate written media consent.

Finished Products Please note that photographs of completed products may be taken as part of our normal business operations. This may include photographs of placenta capsules, tinctures, balms, prints, cord keepsakes, packaging, and other finished products. Photographs of finished products will be taken after processing is complete and may be used for quality documentation, business records, and/or marketing purposes. These photographs will not intentionally include the client’s face, personal identifying information, or other identifying details unless separate consent has been provided. Photography or video of the placenta itself is not included with the standard service and will only be performed with the appropriate consent or when the client purchases the optional $25 processing video.

We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
